Meet Emily:

Hi there! I’m Emily Parker, and I’m absolutely thrilled to welcome you to CookEaseNow – my little corner of the internet dedicated to sharing the joy of delicious, achievable home cooking and baking.
For as long as I can remember, the kitchen has been my happy place. That passion led me on an incredible journey, and for many wonderful years, I had the privilege of working as a chef at The French Laundry in Yountville, California. It was an exhilarating experience, honing my skills in a world-class environment, pushing culinary boundaries, and learning something new every single day. More than just the techniques, I cherished the camaraderie – I was fortunate to work alongside an amazing team of talented, passionate individuals who became like a second family.


Life, in its beautiful way, evolves. Today, my greatest joys are my two wonderful children. My kitchen at home, though bustling in a different way, became my new creative hub. I found immense satisfaction in adapting my professional knowledge to create meals and treats that brought smiles to my family’s faces – recipes that were both delightful and manageable for a busy household.
It was my wonderfully supportive husband who saw the spark in my eyes every time I talked about a new recipe or a kitchen tip I wanted to share. He encouraged me to create a space where I could connect with others who love food or want to love cooking, and so, CookEaseNow was born!
This website is my way of opening up my recipe book and sharing the experiences, techniques, and passion I’ve gathered over the years. My goal is to show you that creating incredible food doesn’t have to be complicated. Whether you’re looking for a show-stopping dessert, a comforting weeknight meal, or tips to make your baking more successful, I’m here to guide you.
